Simone Lenoir a.k.a. Miss Lenoir (voiced by Adrienne Barbeau) is the main antagonist in Jeffrey, Jaden and Scooby Doo on Zombie Island. She owns a mansion on Moonscar Island along with her employees: a cook named Lena Dupree and a boatman named Jacques. They all seemed like nice people at first, but in the climax of the film, they revealed their true nature: They are actually werecats who lure tourists to the island and drain their life-force to retain their immortality (which would explain the horde of zombies on the island). They attempt to do the same with Jeffrey, Jaden and Mystery Inc., but fail to do so during the full moon, and as a result, they lose their immortality and disintegrate, never to be heard from again.
