Paul (Voiced by Ted Lewis a.k.a Ed Paul) is a trainer in Sinnoh and the rival of Ash Ketchum. His brother is Reggie, a Pokemon breeder. He's from Veilstone City. After he lost to Ash at the Sinnoh League, he says good-bye to Ash and promises him to battle him again someday.
