Randall Boggs (voiced by Steve Buscemi) is the main antagonist of Jaden goes to Monsters Inc. He is Sulley's rival who desires to be #1. He is a scarer, just like Sulley is. Randall, along with Mr. Waternoose, attempted to revolutionize the Monsters Inc. with a "scream extractor", which would take scream from kids by force. But when a kid named Boo went into the Monster world, his plan was discovered, and he was banished into the human world.

- Randall is cousins with The Chameleon.
- Randall is a false member of Charles Muntz's Empire. In reality, he is a spy for Set, making him a recruit of Set.
- Randall has also made a friend named Kenji James (Allyssa Hanner's oc) and has recruited him into being the newest member of Set. (But we all know that Set is just using Kenji as a tool to get rid of the heroes.)
- A running gag for the Jeffrey, Jaden, Hiccup & Friends' Storm Adventures series is Randall being sent to the same trailer home he was banished too.
