The Evil Masked Figure (performed by Scott McNeil) is the main antagonist of Jeffrey, Jaden & Friends' Storm Adventures of Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed. He stole the monster costumes from the Coolsonian Criminology Museum in order to bring them to life, while the Chameleon stole the Heartless statues in order to bring them to life.
