Emperor Nefarious (voiced by Robin Atkin Downes) is a dimensional counterpart of Dr. Nefarious and the main antagonist of Twilight's Adventures of Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart. He is the supreme ruler of the Nefarious Empire and all of the known universe in his home dimension.

- In Twilight's Adventures Series, he joined the Heylin Empire and is forced to be partners with his prime counterpart by the Black Hat.
- Twilight's team members call him "Ultron 2.0" due to his appearance and him taking over his universe.
