Elphias Doge (played by the late David Ryall) is a British pure-blood wizard, Ministry of Magic jurist, and member of the Order of the Phoenix during both the First and Second Wizarding Wars. He befriends Harry Potter and his friends when Harry first learns about the Order in Jeffey, Jaden, & Friends’ Storm Adventures of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
