Duke Devlin (voiced by Marc Thompson) is the creator of Dungeon Dice Monsters in Yu-Gi-Oh!. He teamed up with Maximillion Pegasus to make his game global, but, after Duelist Kingdom, he hasn't been in contact believing Yugi cheated, when he fought, and was challenged by Yugi after he defeated Joey Wheeler, and lost, realizing he was wrong, and became friends with them. Duke Devlin eventually does uses a duel Deck with his ace being Orgoth The Relentless.
