Duel Academy is a school founded by Seto Kaiba on an island where young Duelists attend in order to become professional Duelists. Jaden, and many of his friends attended here in the Yu-Gi-Oh! GX series. There are three dorms that determine one's rank. Slifer Red, which is the lowest, Ra Yellow the middle, and Obelisk Blue the highest. At the center is the school where all the classes are held at. It was originally built in order to protect the three Sacred Beast cards from the Shadow Riders. This Academy also holds one of the touring Yugi Muto's deck, except the Egyptian God Cards.
