Dudley Puppy (voiced by Jerry Trainor) is the titular character and primary protagonist of TUFF Puppy. He's Kitty's partner and a member of TUFF. Although he's smart and clever, Dudley is an incredibly air-headed and jumpy dog. He's isn't exactly too smart, but his heart is always in the right place.
