Doctor Kenning Flug Slys, or simply known as Dr. Flug, (voiced by Jose Antonio Macias in Spanish and by Todd "Eco Vox" Sayre in English dub) is a supporting antagonist of the Justice Guardian Cinematic Universe, serving as the villainous main protagonist of the 2017's Mexican Cartoon Network animated TV series Villainous, the central antagonist of the Cartoon Network multiverse, and a major antagonist in Twilight's Adventures Series. He is a cowardly scientist who works for Black Hat, and is partners with Demencia and 5.0.5.
