Dr. Finkelstein (currently voiced by Jess Harnell) is a resident of Halloween Town, and the mad scientist who created Sally. He acts as an over-protective responsible father to Sally, much to her dismay. Yet dispit his grumpy and antagonistic personality, he is really good at heart and helps Jack Skellington with inventions. In the end, after realizing Sally was too much of a handful for him, Dr. Finkelstein created a wife for himself using a portion of his own brain.
