Dirk The Daring (voiced by Dan Molina) is a brave warrior, and the main protagonist in Dragon's Lair. He doesn't talk that much, but does from time to time. Dirk battles many enemies in the Dragon's Lair, mainly Singe, and Mordroc the Magician. His love intrest is Princess Daphne, who was kidnapped by the dragon and Mordroc. Dirk rescues her and became a happy couple.
Origin[]
Dirk originally appeared in Dragon's Lair. He is on a quest to rescue the Princess Daphne from Singe, The Fire Breathing Dragon. He manages to rescue her, marries her. In Dragon's Lair 2: Timewarp, Dirk and Daphne have seven children, til Daphne is kidnapped by Mordroc, and Dirk goes to rescue her, through the Timewarp. He eventually does so, and return to reunite with their family.
