Dialbolic (voiced by Eric Stuart) is a member of the wrestling team the D.M.P. who plotted to bring down the Muscle League. He fought Kid Muscle in a match using bad memories from his past to weaken him by dialing phone calls. But Kid Muscle beat him by soaking him in the rain.
