Demencia (voiced by Melissa Gedeon in Spanish, Melaney Sems and Cindy Eliz Perez in English) is a major antagonist of the Justice Guardian Cinematic Universe, serving as the villainous deuteragonist of the 2017's Mexican Cartoon Network animated TV series Villainous, the tertiary antagonist of the Cartoon Network multiverse, and a supporting antagonist of Twilight's Adventures Series. She is a human-lizard hybrid and a crazy assistant of Black Hat who constantly tries to get her boss to like her, to no avail.
