Delilah (Krypto the Superdog)

Delilah a.k.a Agent 9L (Voiced by Kathleen Barr) is an antagonist in Krypto the Superdog and an enemy to Streaky the Supercat. She's in charge of weapons and helped create the Katbots for Mechanikat, as well as knowing 9 different types of Kung Fu.
