Cythonna (voiced by Missi Pyle) is the overarching antagonist in the second generation of the DC Super Hero Girls, serving as the main antagonist of DC Super Hero Girls: Mayhem in the Multiverse. She is the Kryptonian goddess of of darkness, blight and suffering who ruled over Krypton in ancient times before being ousted by her brother Rao, the sun god. However, she is freed during the present day and focuses on targeting Earth with Lex Luthor and the Legion of Doom's assistance. She is also Supergirl's archenemy.
