Crysta (voiced by Samantha Mathis) is the protagonist of Jaden goes to Ferngully: The Last Rainforest. She is a fairy that lives in Ferngully and helps to protect nature and grow plants. Crysta was very interested in seeing humans, and believed they could help. But when a human named Zak came along, Crysta accidentally shrunk him, believing him to be in danger from a logging machine. During their time together, Crysta showed Zak why to respect nature and both started to fall in love with each other. She, along with Zak, Batty, Jaden and his team worked together to stop Hexxus. In the end, Crysta returned Zak to his normal size, and continued to protect nature in Ferngully.

- In Jeffrey, Jaden, Hiccup & Juniper Lee's Storm Adventures of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic - To Where and Back Again, Crysta gets captured by the Changelings. After being saved, she'll join the Justice Guardians at the end.
- Crysta is good friends with Lily Yuki and often teaches her the same lessons Magi Lune taught her.
