Courtney's Vulpix is an Ice-type Pokemon. Courtney found this Vulpix on Mount Lanakila, doing an assignment for Professor Kukui, while it was searching for food. Courtney couldn't resist giving it some special Pokemon food and it followed her home from Mount Lanakila. Since then, Courtney caught it and it became as one of her Pokemon partners.

- Courtney's Vulpix is good friends with Twilight's Vulpix.
- Vulpix isn't very fond of strangers until it gets to know them. If a stranger tries to pet Vulpix, Vulpix will use Powder Snow on them and freeze them to defend itself.
- In Deku's Adventure Series, Vulpix will follow Todoroki home because she likes him and wants to become her friend. So Shoto catches her and names her Elsa after the Disney Movie Frozen.
