Courtney's Lycanroc (Dusk Form) (Toby) is a Rock-type Pokémon. Courtney found Toby as a Rockruff when it was caught in a trap in the Everfree Forest by Cinder Fall and Neo Politan. Courtney fought them off and rescued it. After that fiasco, she caught it and decided to nickname it “Toby” because it almost looked like a Toby. Then, Toby saw the green flash and it evolved into Dusk Form.
