Plot

It’s Halloween! And the Thunderbolts are ready to celebrate while the princesses wait for Morgaine to arrive. But, Mephisto and Praxina kidnap Missy!

Jack Skellington returns!

• (A familiar ghost dog flies around the group, startling them)
• Zak: Hey, It’s Zero! How’ve you been, boy?
• Rainbow Dash: *sees a sleigh being pulled by skeleton reindeer while Jack Skellington was riding in it* Look! It’s Jack!
• (Jack Skellington lands the sleigh and gets out)
• Jack Skellington: Courtney! Thunderbolts! Nice to see you again. And Happy Halloween!
• Auriana: You must be Jack Skellington, right?
• Jack Skellington: Of course. Halloween greetings from Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King!
• Zak: What are you doing here in Sunny Bay?
• Jack Skellington: I’m looking for new ideas for Halloween until I ran into you guys.
• Courtney: I see. Well, we’re going to a Halloween party. Wanna come?
• Jack Skellington: Of course. That’ll give me some new ideas for Halloween.
• Rainbow Dash: Then, what are we waiting for? An invitation? Let’s go!
• (They head off to the Halloween party until something came on Courtney’s mind)
• Iris: What’s wrong, Courtney?
• Courtney: I just realized… Not only is it Halloween, it’s also my friend’s birthday.
• Iris: Your friend was born on Halloween?
• Courtney: Yep. Her name is Ruby Rose. She’s a silver eyed huntress from Remnant who fights off terrible monsters called Grimm. Heck, we even went to the same school together until Beacon Tower fell… Don’t ask, it’s WAY too painful to talk about… *catches up with Jack and Zero*
• Iris: *to Zak* Zak, why doesn’t Courtney want to talk about it? What happened at her school in Remnant?
• Zak: The reason why she doesn’t wanna talk about it is because she lost her dear friends that day. It was during the Vytal Festival, Penny Polendina was torn apart during the match against Pyrrha. Cinder gave a speech to all the people in attendance to cause so many negative emotions to attract the Grimm. The White Fang were also involved as well. When Cinder became the new Fall Maiden, Pyrrha tried to stop her but Cinder ended up killing her by shooting an arrow into her chest and incinerated her body. Courtney still blames herself for not saving her in time.

The Halloween Party

• (The Thunderbolts, the princesses, and Amaru arrive at the Halloween party in their costumes along with Jack Skellington and Zero)
• Iris: You’re gonna have fun at this party, Courtney.
• Zak: *dressed as a soldier from G.I Joe* She’s right, Courts. There’s lots of food and you can scare Missy.
• Courtney: *excitedly* Missy nala kweesta! *follows them inside*
• (They see the whole place decorated for Halloween)
• Zak: Whoa! Look at this place!
• Auriana: This place looks amazing! I can already tell this is gonna be the best night ever! *grabs Talia* Nothing can spoil it! *walks away with her*
• Courtney: *sniffs around until she smells the refreshments and gasps happily* Oh! Mmm... *heads over to the refreshments table*
• (Meanwhile...)
• Courtney: *looks around until she sees the refreshments on the table* Ooh! *laughs and goes over to the table where the refreshments are* Mmm! *laughs as she eats some fruit and other snacks*
• (Courtney looks at all the different foods until she finds some vanilla and chocolate cupcakes with purple or orange swirl frosting!)
• Courtney: Oooh! *eats a vanilla cupcake with purple frosting on it and gets a bit of frosting on her face until she spots the twins, sneaking in the crowd!* Hmm? *finishes her cupcake in one bite and licks the frosting off her face as she spies on the twins* What are they up to?

Courtney tries to scare Mephisto and Praxina/ “Oogie Boogie’s Song”

• (Courtney is in her Cinder Fall costume as she sees Mephisto and Praxina from the ventilation system who have Iris trapped in a black crystal orb)
• Eclipse: *ties a rope around her waist* Are you ready, Courtney?
• Courtney: *thumbs up*
• Eclipse: *sees the power switch and grabs it*
• Courtney: *whispers* Okay, Eclipse. Kill the lights!
• (Eclipse pulls the plug and turns off the lights)
• Mephisto: What’s going on?
• Praxina: *groans in frustration* It’s just the lights acting strange.
• Courtney: *shows herself from the ventilation system*
• Eclipse: *mimics Cinder Fall while using a megaphone* Muahahahahaha! I’m Cinder Fall!!! *laughs evilly as she lowers Courtney down* I’m gonna get ya!
• (Suddenly, a mouse bites Eclipse on the tail!)
• Eclipse: Huh? *turns around, screams in pain while holding her tail and lets the rope go plunging Courtney down onto the floor*
• Courtney: *screams as she hits the floor*
• (Eclipse runs around in the ventilation system unaware she has the rope tied onto her waist)
• Courtney: *screams while swinging around until her tail gets exposed as she dangles upside down*
• Mephisto: *covers himself in fear*
• Praxina: Look, Mephisto! That’s not Cinder Fall, it’s Courtney! *laughs*
• Courtney: *dangling* Help! Help! Somebody get me down!
• Eclipse: *uses the megaphone* I am not Courtney! Those are my fur liners!
• Praxina: *walks over to Courtney* We cannot be fooled by this trickery. Out of all the costumes we’ve seen, yours is the most insulting.
• Courtney: You mean I’m not scary?
• Praxina: *laughs at this* You? Scary?! Don’t make me laugh! *summons her sword and cuts the rope*
• Courtney: *lands on the ground* Oof!
• Praxina: *grabs her by the scruff* But, since we have you and Princess Iris, Morgaine will soon be Gramorr‘s prisoner! *laughs evilly as lightning strikes*
• (Mephisto throws Courtney in the orb with Iris)
• Courtney: *her ears drop down in sadness* I’m sorry, Iris... It’s all my fault. I wasn’t scary enough....
• Iris: It’s okay, Courtney. It’s not your fault.
• (Suddenly, some dice come rolling as they land near the sphere and a shadow looms over the sphere)
• Oogie Boogie: Well, well, well, what have we here? Two princesses, oooh I’m really scared. So, you’re the one Morgaine is talkin’ about. *laughs evilly and sings* You’re jokin’, you’re jokin’, I can’t believe my eyes. You’re joking me, you gotta be. This can’t be the right one. She’s strong, she’s powerful. I don’t know which is worse, I might just split a seem now if I don’t die laughing first. Mr. Oogie Boogie says “There’s trouble close at hand”. You’d better pay attention now ‘cause I’m the Boogie Man. And if you aren’t shakin’ then there’s something very wrong. ‘Cause this may be the last time you hear the Boogie song, oooh!
• Skeletons: Oooh!
• Oogie Boogie: Oooh!
• Skeletons: Oooh!
• Oogie Boogie: Oooh!
• Bats: Oooh!
• Oogie Boogie and chorus: I’m (he’s) the Oogie Boogie Man!
• Courtney: Release us now or you must face the dire consequences! Morgaine is expecting us. So please, come to your senses!
• Oogie Boogie: *sings* Ha! You’re jokin’, you’re jokin’! I can’t believe my ears! Would someone shut this mutt up? I’m drownin’ in my tears. It’s funny, I’m laughing. You really are too much. And now, with your permission, I’m going to do my stuff...
• Courtney: What are you gonna do?
• Oogie Boogie: I’m gonna do the best I can... *sings* Oh, the sound of rollin’ dice to me is music in the air. ‘Cause I’m a gamblin’ Boogie Man although I don’t play fair. It’s much more fun I must confess with lives on the line. Not mine, of course, but yours, m’ladies. Now, that’d be just fine.
• Courtney: Release us fast or you will have to answer for this heinous act!
• Oogie Boogie: *sings* Oh brother! You’re something. You put me in a spin, you aren’t comprehending. The position that you’re in. It’s hopeless, you’re finished. You haven’t got a prayer. ‘Cause I’m Mr. Oogie Boogie. And you ain’t going nowhere. *laughs evilly*
• Courtney: *her ears were still down* Oh… Where’s Ruby, Yang, Weiss, and Blake when I need them?
• Eclipse: *gasps in horror, quietly after seeing Courtney get captured as she whispers* Oh no! I have to warn the others! *goes through the ventilation system to get outside and warn Talia, Auriana, and the rest of the Thunderbolts*

The battle

• (The Thunderbolts, Auriana, Talia, and Morgaine stand off against the twins in the battle arena while Iris and Courtney were trapped in the orb)
• Morgaine: *to Iris and Courtney* Don’t worry, Princess. I’m not giving up without a fight! *fires her magic waves at the twins*
• (The Thunderbolts brace themselves as the wave heads towards the twins after knocking the orb out towards the edge)
• Courtney: HEEEELPPPP!!!
• (The twins run from the wave and teleport to dodge. Talia uses her magic to prevent the orb from going off the edge as the others try to break Iris and Courtney out of the orb but no luck)
• Talia: Iris, Courtney, we can’t get you out of there!
• Praxina: No, you can’t, weakling! Only black magic can break that orb. Our magic.
• Mephisto: *chuckles evilly as he uses his magic to raise the orb*
• (The others charge in and prepare to attack)
• Talia: Crystal-
• Mephisto: Ah, Ah! Not so fast!
• Everyone: *gasps and stops in their tracks*
• Morgaine: *gasps*
• Mephisto: No more funny stuff from any of you! Surrender, now!
• Praxina: Surrender and the great and mighty Gramorr promises to spare the princesses and the Thunderbolts. Otherwise...
• Mephisto: *chuckles evilly and uses his magic to shrink the orb*
• Courtney: *screams in fear as the orb shrinks around her and Iris*
• Everyone: *gasps*
• (Courtney and Iris couldn’t stand being crushed)
• Morgaine: Enough! I am the one you want.
• (Mephisto uses his magic to change the orb back to it’s original size which relieves Courtney and Iris)
• Iris: Phew...
• (Mephisto and Praxina land on the ground and trap Morgaine in a black crystal orb)
• Oogie Boogie: *shows up and turns around* Jack Skellington!
• Jack Skellington: *gasps* Oogie!
• Oogie Boogie: That's right, Jack! And I’m coming to help these two on capturing Morgaine and they will help me on taking over Halloween Town. *laughs evilly*
• Zak: *takes out the Claw* Not on our watch, you stupid bag of bugs!
• Rainbow Dash: *to Oogie and the twins* Yeah! You’re gonna have to go through us first!
• Twilight: That’s right!
• Rarity: Fighting’s not really my thing, I’m more into fashion. BUT, I’LL RIP YOU TO PIECES IF YOU TAKE OVER HALLOWEEN TOWN!!

Epilogue: A Happy Halloween!

• (Missy and her friends watch in disappointment as Iris and Nathaniel dance with each other at the Halloween party)
• Thunder: Hands down, this is the best Halloween ever! *toasts his drink of punch with Jack the Rabbit and Maggie’s*
• Courtney: *appears behind Missy and her friends, dressed as Jafar* Boo!!
• Missy and her friends: *screams in fear and runs off*
• Zak: *laughs* Nice costume, Courtney. But, Lee already beat ya to it.
• Lee Clark: *laughs while dressed as Jafar* Trick or treat!
• Courtney: Aw nuts!
• Everyone: *laughs*
• Courtney: *gets out of her Jafar costume and back into her Cinder Fall costume as she takes the stage with Eclipse and Little Betty* Hit it, girls!
• (They begin playing “Hex Girl” on stage)
• Courtney: *sings* I'm gonna cast a spell on you. You're gonna do what I want you to. Mix it up here in my little bowl. Say a few words and you lose control!
• Eclipse, Little Betty, and Courtney: *sings* I’m a Hex Girl and I’m gonna put a spell on you! I’m gonna put a spell on you. I’m a Hex Girl and I’m gonna put a spell on you.
• Eclipse and Little Betty: *sings* Put a spell on you!
• Courtney: *sings* You'll feel the fog as I cloud your mind. You'll get dizzy when I make the sign! You'll wake up in the dead of night. Missing me when I'm out of sight.
• Eclipse, Little Betty, and Courtney: *sings* I’m a Hex Girl and I’m gonna put a spell on you! I’m gonna put a spell on you. I’m a Hex Girl and I’m gonna put a spell on you. Oh yeah.
• Courtney: *sings* With this little cobweb potion. You'll fall into dark devotion. If you ever lose affection.
• Eclipse, Little Betty, and Courtney: *sings* I can change your whole direction. I’m a Hex Girl and I’m gonna put a spell on you! I’m gonna put a spell on you. I’m a Hex Girl and I’m gonna put a spell on you. We’re gonna put a spell on all of you!
• Courtney: *to the screen* Happy Halloween! And Scooby Dooby Doo!! *hisses like a vampire while wearing vampire fangs until they fall out* Oops... *giggles like Scooby Doo*
