Count Bleck (formerly Lord Blumeire) was a being who sought to end all worlds over the grief of losing his one true love. It was revealed that he was in fact being manipulated by Dimentio, who was in the Count's employ as a mercenary and was simply waiting for the right moment to seize control of the Chaos Heart.
