Charlie (Pup Star)

Charlie (Voiced by Tom Everett Scott) is a dog who sings rock and roll in Pup Star. According to Charlie, he wrote the songs; Rock'em Dead and Rolling Bone with Bark as his backup singer until he came on the show and stole his songs. Then, Bark had Roland and Kano throw him in the dog pound. But, he escaped the pound and announced he was going to be on the road with the Queen of Country; Emily Rose.

• Charlie is the first Pup Star villain to reform. Second was Scrappy.
