Chancellor Sheppard (voiced by David Wills) is the chancellor of Duel Academy. He doesn't really duel much because of his job as Chancellor of the school; when he does, he uses a cyber styled deck of ogres, this was the inspiration for Zane Truesdale to use The Cyber Dragons.
