Cat R. Waul (voiced by John Cleese) is the main antagonist of Jaden's Adventures of An American Tail: Fievel Goes West. He pretended to be a gentlemen and tricked the mice in New York City into moving out west where he promised them cats and mice would live in peace and work together to create a town in the desert. But his real plan was to have the mice be turned into mouseburgers for the cats. His plan was twarted by Fievel, Tiger, and Jaden, and in the end, he and the cats get catapulted out of town via mousetrap. Cat R. Waul's biggest weakness is his love for beautiful music, weather it's done by instruments or by song. It's brings him to tears for his passion.
