Captain Pikachu (voiced by Ikue Otani), also referred simply as Cap is Friede's partner Pokemon and his second known Pokemon. He sits in the chair on the bridge of the Brave Olivine, the Rising Volt Tacklers' ship, and is responsible for navigating it when Friede is not present. He is also co-leader of the Pokemon who belong to Friede's teammates and the group that live on the Brave Olivine. Captain Pikachu is almost always seen outside his Poke Ball. He is a founding member of the Rising Volt Tacklers, which is named after his signature move.

Trivia[]
- Captain Pikachu will meet the Justice Guardians GX in Yusei's Adventures of Pokemon Horizons. He becomes a mentor to Bruce's Pikachu.
