Butch (voiced by Eric Stuart) and Cassidy (voiced by Megan Hollingshead) are members of Team Rocket that serve as rivals to Jessie, James, and Meowth. Giovanni trusts them both more than Jessie, James, and Meowth, because they are more successful than the trio are. Butch and Cassidy were first operating a fraudulent Pokémon health care spa to steal trainers Pokémon and offer them to Giovanni. But their plan failed, and they were sent to jail.
