Black Hat (voiced by Alan Ituriel in both the original Spanish dub and the English dub) is the overarching antagonist of the Twilight's Adventures series. He serves as the overarching villainous protagonist of the 2017's Mexican Cartoon Network animated TV series Villainous, the main antagonist of the Cartoon Network multiverse, and one of the main antagonists in the Justice Guardian Cinematic Universe franchise. He's an immensely powerful supervillain who runs the company named Black Hat Organization and makes living by selling weapons, traps and other devices to cartoon villains in their respective universes in hopes of them trying to accomplish with their schemes. He is the boss of Dr. Flug Slys, Demencia and 5.0.5., whom he lives with and for the latter's to help along with his work. Black Hat is potrayed as cruel, sadistic and narcissistic fiend who does his part to make the world a little viler and its heroes a little more dead. He is the arch-nemesis of Twilight Sparkle.

- Black Hat's voice will be heard from the background as he contacts to the Heylin Empire via TV hologram in the post-credit scene of Twilight & Kyle's Adventures of Avengers: Endgame.
- In the series, it's been theorized that Black Hat could be a Beyonder responsible for villains and other individuals' actions causing incursions throughout the multiverse.
