Billy Numerous (voiced by Jason Marsden) is a former student of H.I.V.E. Academy, and an enemy of the Teen Titans. Billy has the ability to duplicate himself, until he reaches his limit. Billy Numerous and the other H.I.V.E. Five joined the Brotherhood of Evil to take down the Titans, but ended up being frozen at the final battle.
