Big Mama

Big Mama (voiced by the late Pearl Bailey) is a character in The Fox and The Hound who acts as a mentor to Tod. She's an owl, who first found Tod, when he was a baby. Fortunitly, Big Mama had a couple of friends, a couple of birds named Dinky and Boomer, who helped Tod find a home with a widowed woman, and raised the fox as her own child.
