Ash's Charizard is a Fire/Flying Pokémon caught by Ash. It first started out as a Charmander, and was abandoned by his former trainer. Ash caught it and took better care of it. Upon evolving into Charmeleon, it's loyalty to Ash changed drastically. And it finally evolved into Charizard. Charizard previously lived at Charicific Valley.
