Arthur (voiced by David Lander) and Cecil (voiced by Michael McKean) are the two villainous vultures from TV show, Jungle Cubs. These 2 vultures only want to have something to eat, and always fail in the end. Their boss is none other than Bowser.

- Arthur and Cecil will team up with Elmer Fudd, Yosemite Sam, Marvin the Martain, Tasmanian Devil, Wile E. Coyote, Scar, the Hyenas, and the Toon Patrol will work for Percival McLeach and Joanna in Bugs & Daffy's Adventures of The Rescuers Down Under.
