Annie Wheeler is an orphaned baby girl that came from another universe that was destroyed in an incursion. Her father was a Keyblade wielder who married a princess that became her mother. She ended up in Radiant Garden and found by Leon and his friends, who contacted the Justice Guardians about her. After learning about who Annie is, where she came from and the fact that she lost her biological parents, Serenity decided to adopt her with Terra agreeing to be a father to her.

- Annie will debut in the Chronicles episode The Orphan From Beyond The Stars.
- Annie has a love for baking and cooking and also has quite the talent for it. Similarly to Spongebob when making a Krabby Patty, Annie's culinary skills makes anything she cooks or bakes irresistible. In order to cook or bake, Annie uses the magic she inherited from her biological parents to use kitchen tools or handling food without physically touching them. Annie has also inherited her cooking talents from her biological mother.
- Similarly to Kirby in his Cook form, Annie can summon a big cooking cauldron (that comes with various cooking utensils such as a ladle, a spatula and a frying pan) in order to make certain meals. She can also use this cauldron in battles.
- Annie wears a light blue hair bow (just like Xion did as a baby), a red overall with a tee shirt that has bacon and eggs on it and pink booties. She also has purple colored eyes due to her inheriting unique magical abilities from her biological parents.
- Annie has a Bengal cat plush doll named Rex. According to Annie, Rex was raised by a gang of street dogs and sometimes acts like a dog.
