The 10,000 Volt Ghost (voiced by Terrence Stone) is one of many monsters that appears in Jeffrey, Jaden & Friends' Storm Adventures of Scooby Doo 2: Monsters Unleashed. It is one of the most dangerous monsters Mystery Inc, Jaden's Team, and Jeffrey's Team ever faced. It can manipulate electricity and travel through circuitry. It was defeated when it was hooked up to the Black Knight Ghost, and the combination of electricity and metal caused them both to explode.
Trivia:
- In the crossover movie, it shocks Scamper. (He lives, though.) It also painful shocks Patch, injuring him.
